Their clothes were off, but they were barely friends? Hera grew curious, wondering who the

woman was.

She went to the bathroom only to find a naked woman submerged in the bathtub. The woman's face was unusually flushed, her lips parting as she groaned. Her wet short hair stuck to her cheeks.

She was not a stunning beauty, but she was good-looking.

Hera was slightly taken aback to see the familiar face. It was Amelia!

Judging from her current state, she was clearly drugged. Hera frowned while thinking, "Why is Gideon with her?"

After the downfall of the Gaskell family, Hera didn't really care about the surviving Gaskell siblings. Hera felt reluctant to treat Amelia, especially considering how Amelia had once locked her up. Still, she would do it for Gideon's sake.

With one hand, she rolled open her acupuncture kit on the sink and took out a needle.

When Hera was going to perform acupuncture, Amelia sensed someone approaching and weakly fumbled her arm at Hera. "D-Don't touch me..."

Irritated, Hera decided to call for someone to help her out.

Perfect timing. Hera gladly accepted the offer and instructed, "Hold her down for me."

"Okay." The female staff member eagerly helped out as she could recognize Hera.

She was Hera's fan, and Hera had cured her mother's illness. She never expected to meet Hera here and have a close-up interaction with Hera!

She was thrilled at the golden opportunity to help Hera. Without hesitation, she rolled her sleeves up and held down the fumbling Amelia in the bathtub.

It was common to see drugged women in the club, so the female staff member was composed. "Where do you want to insert the needles?"

To her surprise, Hera put the needles back and flipped the kit to take out a small scalpel.

The female staff was flabbergasted as she had been looking forward to watching Hera perform acupuncture.

"Relax. You were drugged, and Dr. Shadow is here to help you," the female staff member explained.

Huffing, Amelia looked out of the bathroom. To her disappointment, the room was empty." Did Gideon call you over?"

Ignoring that question, Hera ordered the female staff member, "Hold out her arm."

The female staff member did as she was told, curious about how Dr. Shadow would resolve this situation.

Hera raised her right hand and swiftly made a cut.

Pain shot through Amelia's body, causing her to withdraw her arm instantly. The oozing blood turned the bathtub water red. The female staff member was surprised by the brutal treatment.

"Bloodletting treatment," answered Hera.

The female staff member's eyes lit up in awe. That sounded cool!

"You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?" Amelia gritted her teeth in pain.

There were many ways to choose for treatment, but Hera chose a brutal one.

"Yes," Hera admitted.

Amelia was speechless at the honesty but also learned a life lesson at the same time- -never offend a doctor or they would find a hundred ways to make you suffer.

"If you feel sober, let me know." Hera nonchalantly washed the scalpel.

Amelia bit her lip while enduring the pain. She refused to make a sound.

The female staff member grew uneasy as she watched the bathtub water getting red. "Dr. Shadow, will she lose too much blood?"

This was literally a "bloodbath"!
